Water Filtration Systems
Water Filtration Systems
Filtration units are essential components of a water treatment system. Filtration systems are used to remove insoluble particles of various sizes, suspended solids (SS), dissolved gases that impart unwanted chlorine, color, taste, and odor, residues, and organic matter from water.
SAND FILTER SYSTEMS
A sand filtration system consists of three main components: the Control Unit, the Filter Body, and the Filter Media. A sand filter uses media to trap particles of varying sizes and densities, which contribute to turbidity, in different layers of the media, thus removing them from the water. The purpose of using different particle sizes is to create minimal space between the layers and maximize sediment retention capacity. Sediment and contaminants accumulated on the filter are automatically removed by backwashing. ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER SYSTEMS
Activated Carbon Filtration Systems utilize the adsorption properties of activated carbon to draw molecules and ions in water through its mineral pores, ensuring clear, colorless, odorless, and organic-free water. Our Activated Carbon Filters operate fully automatically, without the need for human intervention, using valves with electric or pneumatic actuators controlled by a PLC automation system. The Activated Carbon Filter performs an automatic backwashing process, thus regenerating itself.
