Reverse Osmosis Systems

Reverse osmosis systems, thanks to their membranes, provide advanced water purification, achieving drinking-grade water. Osmosis is a natural water-related process that occurs in living organisms and plants. Reverse osmosis, on the other hand, is a membrane technology. It uses osmotic pressure to pass mineral-rich water through a semi-permeable membrane, with reduced minerals. These membranes allow water molecules to pass through. Other molecules are retained by the membranes. The high pressure causes the highly concentrated medium to pass through the membranes. During this process, separation occurs, and as the water passes to the less concentrated area, other molecules in the water are retained by the membrane, forming a concentrate. Reverse osmosis technology is the most sensitive membrane filtration technology known, and many minerals, bacteria, and viruses in water can be filtered with this method to a purity of up to 99%.

The primary uses of reverse osmosis include: Steam boilers are used in drinking water production, the food and beverage industry, homodialysis treatment, laboratories, pharmaceuticals, greenhouse irrigation systems, and feed water preparation. In recent years, they have also been used in the recovery of industrial wastewater. You can access our Reverse Osmosis Models via the links below...
