ARSENIC AND IRON MANGAN FILTRATION SYSTEM

Arsenic and Iron Manganese Filtration units are water treatment systems which are used in cases where heavy metal such as arsenic, iron-manganese in water is in need of special projecting. Iron and manganese dissolved in the water causes color and turbidity to multiply bacteria. With the help of a specially activated mineral for iron and manganese, the water is purified by iron and manganese oxidation / filtration methods. In this case, color and turbidity caused by iron and manganese, stains on laundry, fabric and porcelain articles, shrinking of the inner walls of the water pipes, pollution of the water by the iron bacteria in the pipes and deterioration of the installation part are prevented. With FeMn Iron Manganese Filtration Systems, up to 5 ppm iron and up to 2 ppm manganese are treated. Among the special minerals, molten iron which is filtered at low speed is oxidized and filtered between the layers. The iron and manganese which are thrown out by reverse washing are removed from water. There is no need for regenerant during reverse rinsing. However, it is possible to solve problems by using regenerant material in reverse rinsing with different filtration minerals for high iron content of 5 ppm and manganese content higher than 2 ppm. The arsenic removal unit is the process of removing arsenic mineral from water. Due to the arsenic mineral, arsenic value in raw water is lowered to below drinking water standard and water becomes drinkable. In addition, thanks to the minerals that serve as filtration, the particles, turbidity and sediments in the water will be filtered to ensure a clear appearance of the water. Nitrate filtration systems are used for the removal of nitrate in the water due to the special mineral used.
