Industrial Sand Filtration systems are the basic systems that must be in the water treatment system. Filtration systems are used to remove insoluble particles of various sizes, suspended solids (AKM), dissolved gases, residues, and organic substances that give off undesirable chlorine, color, taste, odor, etc. in the water.

Industrial sand filtration systems are used to remove undissolved particles of various sizes in suspended solids (suspended solids). EKFS Sand Filtration System; Control Unit consisting of valves controlled by PLC or electric or pneumatic actuators consists of 3 main equipment as Filter Body and Filter Media. The industrial sand filter helps to remove particles of different sizes and intensities from the water by holding them in different layers of the media, causing the water turbidity with the aid of the media contained in them. The purpose of using different particle sizes is to create a minimum gap between the layers and to provide sediment retention capacity at the maximum level. Residues and impurities accumulating on the filter are automatically cleaned by backwash.
